Paul has 28 years of private sector experience in the civil and construction industry and 20+ years as Owner/Director of successful nationally owned construction company GAROM Limited, a leading civil engineering company based in the NGI region. Hands on management and successful delivery of numerous multi-million Kina civil construction projects.
Paul is a prominent corporate sponsor and supporter of multiple community initiatives, who also served on various committees of sporting bodies as President / Vice president and Committee member in East New Britain.
Paul is a Director for Telikom Limited, a Director for Gazelle Special Economic Zone, an Independent Committee Member for BSP and a Member for the ENB Chamber of Commerce.
