Vincent Henry
Vincent Henry is the Head of Legal & Regulatory and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea and a Post Training Legal Certificate from Legal Training Institute. He has had further training and job exposure in Singapore, Indonesia, the US, and Israel.
Vincent possesses sound knowledge and skills in civil and criminal laws including practices and procedures, industrial relations and employment laws, banking, and finance laws, commercial and corporate laws, and energy laws. In addition, he has acquired sound knowledge and skills in the formulation of corporate policies/strategies, annual business budgets, annual operating plans, and manpower forecast and planning
Vincent has provided strategic legal, policy, corporate and operational advice to the CEO and executive management team. He has been a member of the Executive Management Team/Executive Committee and contributed significantly to conceptual, strategic, operational, and tactical corporate thinking, participated in Board Committee Meetings and Board Meetings either in providing Business Operational Reports or for advisory purposes.
Vincent is also conversant with the responsibilities of the job of Company Secretary. I was involved in writing many high-level correspondences, policy submissions, and strategic documents for the former Minister(s) for Public Enterprises and State Investments, Board, Management, and the company since 2012.
