Senior Manager ICT – Port Moresby.
We’re looking for a solution focused Senior ICT Manager to join our ICT team. Reporting to our CTO, you’ll be responsible for overseeing ICT infrastructure and transport network operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for ICT and transport network operations.
- Oversee daily network operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing ICT and network operations team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
- Optimise resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in network operations.
Education and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT and network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in ICT infrastructure, transport network technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale network infrastructure projects.
