Fixed Line Voice Tariff Changes
The recently implemented Tariff changes in the Fixed Line Voice service have resulted in the following Key Benefits for our existing Fixed Line customers:
✓ All CALLS made within the Telikom Network will now be free rated. Fixed Line customers will no longer be charged for voice calls made to any Telikom number, both fixed and mobile.
✓ The call rate for Fixed Line Calls to other Mobile Networks within the country will be reduced by 50%.

3. When will these new Rates & Charges be applied?
The New Rates & Charges apply from August 7th, 2023, meaning that the changes are reflecting on customers' Bill Invoice for the month of September 2023.
