The promotion is applicable to All Mobile Prepaid Subscribers only.
2. Does the Double Data Promotion apply to Fixed Prepaid?
No. This promotion does not apply to Fixed Prepaid services.
3. Are there any changes to the Mobile Prepaid Data Plans?
Yes, there are some notable changes to a few of the Mobile Data plans, however, they may
not be permanent but are available as promotional offer only and may revert back to the
standard plan after the promotion ends. Below are the notable changes just for the
promotion period:

4. How do I subscribe to get Double Data?
The Double Data bonus is available weekly from Thursday to Saturday only. To subscribe
dial *777#. Select Menu 1 for the Cheap Mobile Data plans. The eligible plans to get the
Double data are: K3, 1GB – 24Hours | K5, 3GB – 3 Days | K8, 3.5GB – 3 Days| K10, 5GB – 7
Days | K15, 8GB – 7 Days | K25, 15GB – 14 Days | K50, 40GB – 30 Days
Double Data bonus does not apply to the rest of the Mobile data plans apart from the ones
mentioned above.
5. What is the end date of the promotion extension?
The Double Data promotion will end on July 31st 2024 at 11;59PM.
