Roaming Bundle

1. What is the Prepaid Roaming Bundle?

The K20 bundle-offer available for Prepaid International Roamers to Australia, New Zealand and Solomon Islands.

This Bundle includes 10 mins of calls back to PNG + 10 SMS back to PNG and 10MB data while roaming in any of these countries, and is valid for 3 days from the time of subscription.

 

The K100 bundle-offer available for Prepaid International Roamers to China, Fiji, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States.

This Bundle includes 15 mins of calls back to PNG + 15 SMS back to PNG and is valid for 7 days from the time of subscription.

2. How can I subscribe to the Roaming Prepaid Bundle?

  • Dial *777#, choose Option 5 and select the Roaming Country.
  • Dial *888# and select the Roaming Country.
  • Subscribe using a Credit or Debit Card through the self-care portal.
  • Subscribe using Internet banking through the self-care portal.
  • Subscribe Electronic Voucher Distribution System (EVD) at any of our retail stores.

3. Can I select any network in the Roaming Countries listed for the Prepaid Roaming Bundle?

 Yes, you may select any network to roam with, the bundle still applies.

4. Can I call other countries apart from PNG?

Yes, you can, however, standard roaming rates will apply, not the bundled minutes and SMS.

5. If I have remaining Minutes, SMS and Data on my bundle, can I still use it upon return to PNG?

 You will not be able to use this bundle here in PNG as it applies to Prepaid Roaming services only.

6. What are the Prepaid Roaming top-up options?

      Top-up can be done using any of the options below:

  • Top-up using a Credit or Debit Card through the self-care portal.
  • Top-up using Internet Banking through the self-care portal.
  • Top-up using Electronic Voucher Distribution (EVD) System at any of our retail stores.
  • Top-up using Telikom Raitkad. Dial *121*voucher number# and press send.

7. Are Roaming rates the same for all the countries in the world?

No. Roaming rates differ for each country, based on the different zones each country falls under.
